GOALS / ATHLETIC FITNESS
GOAL
Build the base. Then chase the jump.

Athletic Essentials is where you start if the jump program is too much too soon. Three levels, three days a week, and a clear standard that tells you when you're strong enough to go after your vertical properly.

Start where you are — Level 1 needs zero equipment, Level 2 one pair of dumbbells, Level 3 the full gym.
Never guess a set — every exercise has a rep range; fill it, add weight, repeat. The app tells you exactly what to do.
It hands you to the jump program — Level 3 is built to feed straight into the Athlete Made Easy Program. The base isn't the goal; it's what makes the goal work.

01
Pick your level

Bodyweight, dumbbells, or full gym — start with what you actually have. Three days a week, built around real life.

02
Fill the range, add weight

Every set has a target. Hit the top of the rep range and the weight goes up next time — simple, endless progress.

03
Hit the standard, go jump

Each level publishes what it takes to move up. Clear Level 3 and you've got the base the jump program is written for.
